I started as a "natural talent". I started out designing the hair of my family, friends and my mother at a young age. I took my state boards in the early 80's and received the highest score given by the state of Iowa. I worked as a Paul Mitchell educator for a time but returned to my first love which was styling, coloring, and designing hair.

I enjoy all types of hair styles from conservative to edgy. I love having a variety of hair and styles to work with.

As owner of Studio 23, I am here to make sure that everything about your visit is perfect. Your decision to visit me is a choice that I deeply appreciate.
